How do I get started?

What happens when my trial ends?

You pick Starter or Pro (or stay on the waitlist for Growth). Your data is never deleted — pick up right where you left off.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — switch up or down anytime from account settings, and your next bill is adjusted for the days you've used.

Are there per-transaction fees?

None from us. Tournant is a flat monthly fee — we never take a cut of your orders. Razorpay's standard rate applies on the payment side, billed to your account, not to us.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Tournant is a PWA and keeps taking orders offline on any device — Android, iOS or desktop — syncing when you're back on.

Does it handle GST?

Set your rate once and it applies to every invoice, with your GSTIN and HSN codes.

What is "Ask Claude about your business"?

Connect your account to Claude and ask about your books in plain language — who owes you money, what you spent on vegetables, how this month's P&L compares. Read-only unless you switch on changes. It's a Growth-plan beta; here's the setup guide.
