Terms of Service

Last updated · 11 July 2026

01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Tournant, you agree to these Terms. If you're using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind that business.

02Description of service

Tournant is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for point-of-sale, ordering, kitchen display, invoicing and reporting. Features vary by plan and evolve over time.

03Account registration

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and your staff's access.

04Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Your free trial converts to a paid plan only when you choose one — no card is required to start. Fees exclude applicable taxes (e.g. GST). Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

05Your data

You own the data you and your customers put into Tournant. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, and you can export or delete your data at any time.

06Acceptable use

Don't use Tournant for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, to disrupt the service, or to attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that do.

07Service availability

We aim for high availability and offline-capable apps, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tournant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

09Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practical. Your data remains exportable during any wind-down period.

10Data & privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
